Ethics Award

The John T. Dye Rotary Business Ethics Award

The John T. Dye Rotary Business Ethics Award recognizes businesses in Fairfield County that follow the four-way test. The award is named after John T. Dye, who was a member of Lancaster Rotary for decades until his passing in 2018. He started the Ethics Award celebrate leaders of companies who put service above self and make sure every year, Rotarians spent time learning and talking about business ethics.

Each year Rotarians nominate local businesses for the award, and the winners are honored during a presentation at Lancaster’s Noon Rotary during an April meeting. Nominees do not need to be a Rotary member but need to be a for-profit business located in Fairfield County.
